SaveClips respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Our Position

SaveClips does not host or store any third-party video content. We act as a technical intermediary enabling access to publicly available content. We strongly discourage misuse of our service to infringe copyright.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send a written notice to legal@saveclips.download with subject "DMCA Takedown" containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  2. The URL or description of the infringing material accessible via SaveClips
  3. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

We will acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and act within 5 business days.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to legal@saveclips.download.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to block access for users who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents a DMCA claim may be liable for damages. Only submit a notice if you genuinely believe infringement has occurred.
