SaveClips ("we", "us") operates saveclips.download. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Contact data: When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, and message. If our email delivery is temporarily unavailable, this information is saved securely on our server as a fallback so your message isn't lost, and is handled with the same care as a delivered email. Technical data: We automatically collect anonymised IP addresses, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps for analytics. Video URLs: We do not store URLs you submit for processing — they are discarded immediately after use.
We use minimal cookies: a theme preference cookie (localStorage), an analytics cookie (anonymised), and a cookie-consent cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We never sell your data to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact: privacy@saveclips.download. We respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS encryption and restrict access to personal data. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
SaveClips is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
