Downloading

Copy the video URL from TikTok, Instagram or Facebook. Paste it into the SaveClips box on the homepage. Click Download. Choose your quality and save.

Most common reasons: the account is private, the URL was copied incorrectly, or the platform temporarily blocked the request. Try copying the URL directly from the app share button.

No. SaveClips can only access publicly available content. Private accounts, subscriber-only, and password-protected content cannot be downloaded.

Most downloads are MP4, which is compatible with all devices and editing software.

No — there is no size limit imposed by SaveClips. Very long videos may take longer to process.

Platforms

TikTok, Instagram (Reels, posts, Stories), and Facebook are live now. YouTube and Telegram are coming soon.

Yes. Open SaveClips in Safari on iOS. After downloading, files save to the Files app. Long-press the video to save to Photos.

Yes. Downloads go to your Downloads folder, accessible via the Files or Gallery app.

No. SaveClips is entirely browser-based. No app, extension, or plugin required.

Yes — public Stories can be downloaded. Act quickly as Stories expire after 24 hours.

Privacy & Legal

No. We never store, cache, or log the video URLs you submit. Downloads are processed in real time and immediately discarded.

For personal offline viewing, downloading publicly available videos is widely accepted. You must not redistribute, re-upload, or monetise content you do not own rights to.

No. SaveClips is an independent platform with no affiliation with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or their parent companies.

We collect anonymised analytics (country, device type, page views) only. We never track individual URLs or personal data.
